Appendix 9: Record of Protected Structures
This is in respect of Save Boithrin na Lachan, Curragh, Ardmore, Co. Waterford, it is a road/public right of way and there is a hostile possession on it. The Planning and Development Act 2000 states that a local authority shall keep a list of public rights of way. The act requires any such public right of way recognised under the act to be registered on the planning authority register of the relevant local authority. I would like to ask is this right of way registered by the local authority and has the authority a list of public rights of way that I can view under the said The Planning and Development Act 2000.
