Appendix 9: Record of Protected Structures
To Whom it may concern,
I Ellen power of Ballinakina, Woodstown, Co Waterford, In responce to your letter dated, 18/06/21 I am writing to respond to this as I do not wish the house- my principal residence to be placed on the protected structures list.
I Wish to opt out, as I feel at my age of 92, I would not like the stress and worry of been restricted in any way of works in refurbishment or restoration on my dwelling house, also I do not wish to put such restrictions on my family members going forward into the future on any works that may have to be carried out.
