This Appendix contains a Strategic Environmental Report Non Technical Summary prepared in accordance with the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004. The Report has been used to inform the policies and objectives of the Draft Waterford City and County Development Plan 2022-2028.
