RE: SECTION 38 ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1994 – TRAFFIC CALMING SCHEME
FOOTPATH CONSTRUCTION WORKS ALONG A SECTION OF WESTERN TERRACE, DUNGARVAN (L-3120)
Waterford City & County Council proposes to undertake footpath construction works along a section of Western Terrace, Dungarvan (L-3120) detailed in attached drawing. A 1.2m wide minimum width concrete footpath will provide complete connection to the existing footpaths at the top and bottom of Western Terrace. These works are necessary and will provide a safe Pedestrian access for all properties along Western Terrace, Dungarvan.
The drawing is available for inspection opposite and in our Customer Services Departments in Davitt’s Quay, Dungarvan and Bailey’s New Street, Waterford between normal office hours during the period 5th to 18th June, 2024.
The Council will consider any submissions or observations made in writing regarding the proposal. Submissions should be made here on the Council’s consultation portal or sent to ajacob@waterfordcouncil.ie or by post to Aideen Jacob, Administrative Officer, Roads Department, Waterford City & County Council, Menapia Building, The Mall, Waterford, to be received by 18th June, 2024.
